Emaline's Nursery Makeover

The day of the big nursery makeover finally arrived and I could not be happier! For those of you who won't get to see it in person I have included a slideshow so that you too can ooh and ahh over the artistic genious. I want to thank my family for all of their time and effort that went into such an amazing transformation. Especially I want to thank my sister Genesis and my brother-in-law Chris who were the masterminds and financial backers of this operation. It is truly the best gift you could have given us. The magic is in the details of this room. From the antique clock and christening gown to the monogrammed quilt, Genesis thought of everything. Then Chris and his thoughtful selection of books and toys reflect not only how well he knows me but, how much he loves Emaline and wants her to be the coolest kid on the block. I hope you all enjoy the slideshow and can feel the excitement that has flooded over Jim and me since its completion!

  1. It was a pleasure putting together a room for this little girl. There were a lot of people involved including Mom who worked tirelessly over the curtains and pillows, Sarah who helped with the making of the bird mobile and cribskirt and David and Ginny who helped tremendously on the day of installation. I hope she enjoys it as much as we enjoyed doing it!

  2. I think it is impossible to say it better than Genesis.

Just know we can't wait to meet our niece and we were honored to help with her room.
